The completion of this form enables you to an accelerated registration on site in our shooting centre.
For our process we need a single registration per discipline for any athlete .
Additionally we need for any team and discipline a team registration.
Also we need a club address form of any club in order to keep our database up to date.
For an accelerated procedure, please bring the completed form to your first day of competition.
